If the saber you are ordering is "in stock", it will ship within 2 business days after receiving your paid order.
If the reference is "Backordered", saber can take up to 10 weeks to ship, please reach for updated ETA before placing your order.
All our sabers are tested in our facility before they ship to you.
We do not fully recharge battery before shipping for safety measure,
By the time you receive your saber, battery can simply have lost its charge.
Please plug in your saber with provided cable and let charge overnight before contacting us for assistance.
YES, all our sabers come with removable blade. Loosen the set s (cracked blade due to over-tightening are not covered by warranty)
When using your saber with no blade on, do not look directly to the light source or point at someone.
Use of a blade plug is recommended (included with most or our high end sabers)
When attaching your blade back do not over-tighten the screw(s) (cracked blade due to overtightening are not covered by warranty)
-Make sure your saber is not in mute setting
-Fully recharge your saber
-Make sure the SD card did not come off its slot (ONLY FOR NEOPIXEL SABERS)
-Reset your saber by removing the battery and putting it back respecting polarity.
If none of these solution solved the issue, please contact us.
-Remove the blade, make sure no set screw is in the way and put the blade back in making sure it's pushed all the way in. Secure set screws and retry.
-Make sure you're not in "Ghost" or "Blaster" blade mode by switching back to "Standard blade" or switch profile. (refer to how to use video)
-Fully recharge your battery using provided cable.
-Try a different blade if you have a spare.
If problem persist and/or other blade solves the issue, please contact us.
Sabers are meant to be used and it happens they drop on the ground! Breathe!
-Make sure your battery didn't move, remove the battery and put it back in respecting polarity.
-Make sure the SD card did not come off its slot (ONLY FOR NEOPIXEL SABERS)
If none of these solution solved the issue, please contact us.
If you lost one of the screw attached to your saber, all our saber come with spares.
If you don't have a spare or are unsure what screw is missing, please contact us for assistance. (Using incorrect screw could damage thread or saber internal. This would void your warranty)
Your saber will be provided with either a USB cable (C type or 2.1mm) or a battery charger.
To charge with USB cable, plug the cable in your computer or a wall charger.
As stated in the manual,
WALL CHARGER MUST BE 5V 1A ONLY
Failure to comply with these specs might result in saber being damage and/or fire hazard. Warranty will also be void.
please contact us for assistance choosing a wall charger or if you have doubts about specs of your charger.
